The Firm

Panchal Investments is a private, family-held investment firm that has owned and operated hospitality real estate since 1990. The firm develops, acquires, and manages select-service and extended-stay hotels in Texas, with a focus on markets outside the primary metropolitan cores.

We are long-term holders. Our hotels are operated in-house by Panchal Hospitality Management, and we underwrite every asset with the expectation of owning it through a full cycle. That orientation shapes how we build, how we renovate, and how we staff.
