Panchal Hospitality Management operates every hotel in the Panchal Investments portfolio. We are an owner-operator. The people managing these properties answer to the same balance sheet that owns them, which means decisions get made on a ten-year horizon rather than a quarterly one.

Property Management

Day-to-day operation of select-service and extended-stay hotels across the Hilton, IHG, and Choice systems. Recruiting and training, brand standards compliance, quality assurance, guest satisfaction, and full P&L accountability at the property level.

Revenue Management

Rate strategy, channel and segment mix, competitive set positioning, and demand forecasting. We manage rate actively rather than defaulting to brand recommendations, and we hold discipline through soft periods.

Project Consulting

Development and renovation oversight from feasibility through opening. Brand selection and franchise application, budget development and cost control, FF&E procurement, and PIP scoping and execution.
